The first step to successful website optimization is by finding the most relevant keywords, analyzing the web pages of your competition, and technically reviewing your web site, along with reviewing the content.

We use various tools to find as many keywords as possible that are most relevant to your business and that you simply need be ahead of the competition. In addition to website analysis, we also do a detailed analysis of your site, reviewing the overall structure of your site and preparing a document / plan for how and what needs to be edited on your site.

Website analysis

Website analysis includes

  • Keyword Analysis (Categories, Products, Services etc.)
Keyword set, the average number of monthly keyword searches, the current ranking of your site under the keyword you selected.

  • Technical modifications to your site
At website analysis, we review both the basic technical elements (titles, meta descriptions, H1, alt tags etc.) and the advanced technical elements (canonical tags, next / prev, rich snippets etc.) of your website.
  • Content revisions to your site
Google's “Content is KING” rule is stronger every year. In analyzing your site, we will look at content that ranks high on Google, extract the information that the reader expects on your page, and give you concrete suggestions for improvement.
  • Analyze your competitors' backlinks
Your competition pages, especially those that rank first, already have quality links from other sites (forums, suppliers, PR posts etc.). In the analysis, we will check up to 3 competing pages and provide you with a detailed list of websites that have links to your competition.

Excerpt from technical analysis of the website:

2.1 Page Titles - title tag
Website title is one of the most important attributes for a high page ranking for a particular keyword. Therefore, it is important that you identify unique titles that will also include those keywords that are searched and relevant - that your potential customers are looking for. Care must also be taken to ensure proper length.

Current status: Websites have unique titles, but they may not always contain the most optimal keyword.

2.2 Search Engine Website Description - meta desc tag
Meta description of a page is what a user sees as a description on Google and other search engines. Therefore, it should be as marketing-oriented as possible so that the user chooses your link among all options. Care should also be taken to ensure proper length, otherwise search engines will shorten your text.

Current status: Partially completed. Pages have meta descriptions, but they are not always the most optimal ones. In addition, 87 meta descriptions are duplicate.  The first page, for example, has a word in the meta description <meta name='description' content='trade' /> , which is bad and needs to be fixed.

6. Not found (404) page

It is important that we provide the user with the appropriate alternatives and make them aware that the site no longer exists. Page 404 should be similar to the first page, but clearly state something like this: »The page you are looking for does not exist, but you can take a look at the rest of the offer..« (In very clear font).

The 404 page is designed precisely to show the user a 404 message if the page does not exist and give search engines the 404 status. All non-existent pages must return 404 status.

Current status: To be fixed. Since this is a fun topic, make 404 pages fun too.

The above section (only a small part of the entire analysis) should only serve as an example of what you can expect from the analysis of your website. Because each website is specific, website analysis can be much more extensive, and for the most part you can expect at least 10 pages of technical and substantive improvements. If your site did not follow good practice principles, the report will be much more comprehensive.

Website analysis is the basis for later optimization, because as part of your analysis, we identify with you the most relevant optimization keywords and estimate how much work it will take to get your site on page 1 of Google.

The example shown is just a part of website analysis. The number of keywords we include in your analysis depends primarily on the offer on your website. For very narrowly targeted websites, several dozen different keywords are included in the analysis, and for websites with a very wide range of products or services, there are usually several hundred keywords.
