Clients mostly turn to us when they want to start their story on Facebook or optimize their existing campaigns because they have not achieved their desired goals. This was also the case with our client Luxury Intimate who have fully trusted us with Facebook advertising since June 2017.
1. Learning about the product and the offer
In the initial phase, we got to know the product we were advertising with the help of the client, as this information always serves us as a basis for optimal preparation of an advertising campaign and setting advertising goals on Facebook.
2. Visibility
The first part of the advertising was to improve brand awareness and encourage more follower activity (likes, comments, sharing). By testing different texts, creative elements and landing page optimization, we were looking for the ideal target audience for the of the targeted product in the next stages of advertising. The campaigns in this section were aimed at getting likes on their Facebook profile. In just four months, from September to December, we achieved a 75% growth in page likes.
3. Traffic
The number of likes is still increasing in 2018, but we have already adjusted our advertising goals to the next phase, to increasing the number of visitors to the subscriber's website by redirecting users to the landing page for detailed information on the product, method and benefits of using it. The main purpose of these activities was not to sell directly, but simply to inform users.
4. Sales
In the third part of the advertising campaign, we started targeting the audience which was the focus of brand awareness and product awareness in the earlier stages, with ads that primarily aim at conversion, that is sales. Thanks to good campaign planning and additional optimization during the course of the campaign, we managed to increase the number of conversions in 2018 by 64%, and also created a target audience that can be used to target new users who are most similar to existing ones in the future (lookalike audience).
5. Expansion
According to the results, the client expressed their desire to expand their advertising to foreign markets, which we started in September 2018. We believe that we will meet our client's confidence in our services with this project as well.
