Case study:
Hiša zdravja

By creating the new web site hisa-zdravja.si, we have improved the user experience and optimized their work processes.

About the owner of Hiša zdravja

The client had already set up a website, but they came to us in order to create a new website that would not only be visually perfect, but also user-friendly, safe and would optimize the workflows in the background.

Graphic design of the website

The design of the website was done by a designer according to the vision of the company and the requests of the client. In addition, they did not forget about the user experience (UX), as they delved deeper into the client's business and tried to design the website to make it as simple for the end user as possible and provide them with more than before. We also created a responsive design that made it easy for the user to browse the online store, regardless of the device used. A personalized website also contributes to organic position optimization, as Google prioritizes positions for sites that are better suited for mobile phones and tablets. Some sales items, such as pop-up window, were also created, including, campaign exposure etc.

Therefore, the presentation of each individual activity on a separate subpage was the primary task of the renovation and we completed this before starting any advertising of the site.

The importance of choosing product categories

The previous website had vaguely defined product categories so we tried to create the right product categories together with the client to maximize user experience on the site. More transparent categories later also provided us with a better starting point to work on website optimization (SEO). In addition, a great deal of time was spent in selecting the right USPs (unique selling propositions) that highlight the benefits of the customer and present the benefits to the visitor when making a purchase.

Content supplement

In addition to the online store, we have also created a special blog site where the subscriber can publish current news and expert articles. With the blog, we wanted to improve the “width” of the visit which means we also get users who have not yet reached the point of actual purchase in the buying process. With blogs, the customer educates and introduces users with products and encourages them to buy.

Added value of the project

With this site, the customer has optimized their work processes so that they can view all online purchases in the form of a monthly report. It also provides some automated settings, such as activating discounts on all products or a specific brand, free shipping, etc. However, we must not neglect the fact that with the correct redirects of URLs from the old website to the new page, we maintained visit numbers of the website and the position at the same level as before, and successfully avoided 404 errors.
